Sino-Russian Relationships 1991-2011 The main aim of the project is to research the Russian-Sino Relationships in the last 20 years Russian-Sino relationships is one of the most important political issue of the world due to the countries' size geographical location economical and military potential Russia and China both are one of the main actors on the international stage and understanding their relationships is crucial not only for the whole world but also for Poland as well The result of the project will be the PhD Dissertation on the mentioned topic This work is going to be interdisciplinary one. It should bring together the international relations studies' methodology on the one hand and cultural studies methods on the other The author claims that when doing research on such countries as China or Russia one has to take cultural issues into deep consideration
