  1. Źródło molekularne do ablacji laserowej metali i ich wybranych związków, np. żelaza oraz siarczku żelaza, w warunkach naddźwiękowej wiązki molekularnej (moduł ablacji wykonany według indywidualnego projektu, w postaci głowicy dopasowanej do istniejącej komory próżniowej)..
  2. Generator opóźnionych impulsów "delay pulse generator", zapewniający możliwość właściwej synchronizacji sygnałów sterujących laser służący do ablacji, z istniejącą aparaturą (31 365 PLN)
  3. Zakup specjalistycznych filtrów GÓRNO- i DOLNO-przepustowych UV oraz VIS.
  4. Generator trzeciej harmonicznej THG na długość fali 355 nm (odpowiedni do posiadanego lasera Nd:YAG oraz Tunable Dye Laser TDL+).
  5. Miernik mocy impulsów laserowych wraz z sondami pomiarowymi (21 894 PLN)
  6. Zestaw elementów optycznych i optomechanicznych do prowadzenia wiązki laserowej o wysokiej gęstości mocy/energii (cz. 1) (8 318 PLN)
